Quality Meats has been a family owned and operated purveyor of
quality meats, poultry and frozen foods to the Baltimore/Washington
metropolitan area since 1927. The essential core of our
mission statement has not changed since we first
opened our doors almost 80 years ago.
Our plant is USDA
inspected and is designated as a Total Quality Control plant with an
establishment number of 7928/P-7928. We are fully HACCP compliant.
The entire plant,
including receiving and shipping docks, is refrigerated. We
operate our own fleet of well-maintained refrigerated trucks.
We have been a licensed
Certified Angus Beef® distributor since 1983. Maryland Quality
Meats is the area's largest, independent, distributor of Certified Angus
Beef®. We hand trim and custom cut all our steaks and chops. We
focus our efforts on delivering what our customers need to help each of
them be successful. Our well-trained sales representatives can
help provide the solutions to many of today's complex food service
protein concerns -- from specific portion control sizes to signature
items.
